Nighttime Tractor-Trailer Crash
David Kleinberg
When a tractor-trailer operator drove down a road and ran into the back of the motorbike that was directly ahead of him, and should have been visible at a point farther back than the 30ft the driver claimed Iconographics created a series of animations showing the bike was conspicuous, and how he should have enabled his HIGH-BEAMS on this rural stretch of road would have given the driver even more than enough time to avoid the crash.

Defective Product - Scaffolding
Jakob Norman, TL4J
When a scaffold was assembled improperly with a defective safety mechanism, a construction worker fell 6 stories. The Plaintiff suffered severe injuries as a result. Iconographics created a series of animations to show the mechanical failure, how it then caused the Plaintiff’s fall, and alternatively how a properly working safety device would have prevented injury.

Crash Animation Using Virtual Crash Software
It can be difficult to showcase a crash with little physical evidence available in a remote area of the country. That’s why when a snowplow pulled out in front of an oncoming vehicle and caused a crash, Attorney Keith Vance of Springs Law Group came to Iconographics for an accurate and powerful forensic animation of the liability, resulting in a favorable settlement.
